Booking Changes and Cancellations

The management of the hotel requests that customers inform the hotel in writing of any changes or cancellations to their reservation as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation, our policy is as follows:

In case of cancellation more than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival, there is a financial charge of the deposit paid by the hotel.

For cancellations less than 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the client will be charged 100% of the total stay based on the reservation.

In cases of cancellation on arrival, during the stay, or for no show, the client will be charged 100% of the total stay based on the booking.

In exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to alter, substitute or withdraw any service, facility or provision without notice if necessary. In this case, the hotel shall be obliged to refund the entire amount paid for your reservation and shall make every effort to provide you with accommodation in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city, offering similar facilities and services.

For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the confirmation of the reservation and no modifications or cancellations are allowed.

Payment is made by bank deposit or credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no-show without prior notice.

The reservation is for a room type for the duration of your stay, and not for a specific room. If we need to transfer you to a different room whose price is lower than that of your reservation, the hotel is obliged to refund the difference.
